Serving New England and New York

Eric Johnson has been actively blacksmithing since 2015, and welding, machining, and constructing for over 20 years.

A third-generation mechanical engineer and craftsman, Eric finds in forging a middle path between the machinist work of his grandfather, and the cabinet-making of his father. The ability to coax metal into unlikely forms and assemblies is a rewarding challenge.

In his off hours, Eric teaches the basics of blacksmithing at the Brentwood teaching facility of the New England Blacksmiths.
